Kenton Electronics was formed in 1986 by UK musician John Price who was a professional keyboard player with a background in electronics and a keen interest in computing.
His first product, a midi interface for OBX synth was born as a personal need and soon kept the interest from their colleagues. Started with a small batch of units suddenly his business developed overseas leading Kenton to be today the most notable midi specialist.
